Ask Dr. Joy is an AI-powered educational tool created by PadHer to provide girls with private, judgment-free answers about periods, puberty, body changes, relationships, and growing up.

We respect your privacy and give users the ability to request deletion of any personal data associated with their conversations.

What Data May Be Stored

To operate the service, Ask Dr. Joy may store limited information such as:

Chat messages sent to Ask Dr. Joy

Optional information shared by the user (such as a name or age)

Technical data necessary to operate and secure the service

This information is used only to provide responses and improve the safety, reliability, and quality of the service.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like your data deleted from Ask Dr. Joy, you can request deletion by contacting us at:

The approximate date of your conversation

Once we receive your request, we will locate and delete the associated data from our systems.

Deletion Timeline
